The Town’s offices on Locust Street, a block off Fifth Street: the Town Clerk, the Board of Trustees’ chambers and the front counter, weekdays 8 to 5. Utility billing is at 311 Fifth Street.

Town Hall at 401 Locust Street (mail: P.O. Box 435, Frederick, CO 80530) is open Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The Town Clerk’s office (720-382-5581, townclerk@frederickco.gov) handles licenses, records requests, board and commission applications and museum tours; the Board of Trustees meets here on the first and third Wednesdays at 7 pm, with work sessions at 5:30. The Finance and Utility Billing office is at 311 Fifth Street, where utility transfers and disconnections are handled Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm (720-382-5500). The Town’s 2026 holiday closures still to come are Veterans Day (November 11), Thanksgiving (November 26 and 27) and Christmas (December 24 and 25); 2027’s were not yet posted. The Parks and Open Space Department works from 7301 Eagle Boulevard, not Town Hall.
